How to get the best results
We strongly recommend that you build the cards into your systems and procedures. That way, you can be sure that everyone is consistently implementing your strategy and you can measure your results more accurately.
You can order the cards as they are, or overprint your message and/or logo inside. It really depends on what your business does and how you want to be perceived.
If you have a small business and pride yourself on personal service, then overprinting your message and logo may not be appropriate. It could look like “we’ve had several thousand cards printed, and here’s one for you”
Not overprinting and simply enclosing your business card, looks much more like “Wow, you must have gone to a lot of trouble finding and purchasing a card, just for me.”
Alternatively, if you have a medium to large business, overprinting inside enables you to take our ideas and custom design your own strategy. The minimum number of cards for overprinting is 200 per design. We recommend the following approach:
1. Start with the end in mind, what do you want to achieve? eg. Get more referral business 2. Match the right card to your desired end result in step one above 3. Create your message for overprinting inside. Be sure that your message reinforces the idea behind the card.
For other customising examples, consider the following as to what you want to achieve:
-Encourage more repeat sales and nurture loyalty -Reactivate prospects and clients who have not purchased for some time -Motivate staff to "go the extra mile" for you -Get prompt payment from clients -React quickly and effectively to clients’ needs, even when things go wrong -Increase the traffic to your website and "warm" visitors to purchasing online
